About the Program

The Amateur Radio Council of Arizona offers scholarships to support amateur radio operators pursuing further education. The number and amount of scholarships awarded each year is determined by the ARCA Board based on funds available.

Eligibility

  • Must be a licensed amateur radio operator
  • Must reside in Arizona
  • Must be pursuing further education

Grants

Funding for club projects that benefit the community.

About the Program

ARCA provides grants to affiliated clubs for projects of importance to the club, Amateur Radio, and the Community. Funding comes from Arizona Amateur Radio License plates.

Eligibility

  • Must be an ARCA affiliated club
  • Project must benefit the club, amateur radio, and/or the community
  • Review Grant Guidelines for specific requirements

Funding is now available. Affiliated clubs are welcome to apply.

Awards

Recognizing outstanding contributions to amateur radio in Arizona.

Ham of the Year

Recognizes an outstanding Amateur Radio Operator for exceptional contributions to the hobby and community service.

Young Ham of the Year

Honors an Amateur Radio Operator under age 18 for achievements and dedication to amateur radio.
